Local Programs and Service Projects

Oakview Elementary School: Backpacks for 5th Graders Program:

For eight years the Zonta Club of Newport Harbor has been providing (125) backpacks to
the Oakview Elementary School 5th Graders. This program allows the 5th graders to have
some of the basic supplies needed to succeed in school. Supplies included in the backpacks
are:
  • pencils
  • pens
  • lined paper
  • tablets
  • erasers
  • etc

If you would like to participate in our packing day or donate supplies please contact us.
